Ms. Valarie Michell is the CEO of Gold Standard General Contracting where she provides the company’s strategic direction for compliance and logistics. Ms. Mitchell is a disabled veteran in the United States Army with a top secret clearance in the supply support data systems division. She was responsible for conducting research and analysis to assure end to end compliance. She supervised development and preparation of operations information, plans, maps, sketches, overlays, and related data to employ supply and service organizations; contributes to staff development and operations of supply support data systems, equipment review, salvage and repair parts supply procedures; performance liaison.
Mr. Williams has a history of numerous achievements within Information Technology. His experience includes firms such as IBM, PricewaterhouseCoopers and Perot Systems (now Dell) where he gained a wealth of knowledge, strategic and tactical skills for clients across a variety of industry sectors. During the last decade, Mr. Williams has focused his experience and skills on the complex environment of healthcare, working both in the United States and the United Kingdom. These experiences at highly complex clients ranged from Construction Management, Product Development, Electronic Data Interchange, HIPAA Compliance, Clinical Applications, Implementation Methodology, Integration, Client Management, Staff Development and Business Development.
Mr. Gipson is an enterprise Information Technology professional with extensive experience in project management, business analysis, process design, training, facilitation, and resource management. His business acumen spans verticals such as Waste Disposal, Construction, Telecommunications, Healthcare, Utilities, Oil and Gas, Legal, and Financial. In each area, his focus has been to focus on the tying the client’s needs to the goals of the business; which results in an effective and efficient solution that benefit his client’s bottom line.
Mrs. Suggs serves as VP for the International Division with CSSG and CFO for J & W Government Contracting. She has over 25 years of experience in the area of healthcare finance including revenue management, reimbursement, accounts receivable management, general accounting, payroll, accounts payable, budgeting, financial planning and analysis. In addition to extensive knowledge and understanding of federal, state and local regulations and policies coupled with the ability to identify audit, reimbursement and compliance implications of management decisions.
Mr. Cesar is the CTO and former founder and CEO of PearlNet LLC, where he provides the company’s strategic direction and business development goals. Mr. Cesar has over thirty years of business and engineering experience, and eleven year of active service as a Captain in the Georgia State Guard. Mr. Cesar founded PearlNet in March of 1997. His background as an award-winning engineer reflects a wealth of experience in the development of Computer systems and Internet related communications technologies. Prior to PearlNet, Mr. Cesar worked at Cisco developing next generation broadband fiber Video & Data distribution system for the Cable and Telecommunications industry. While at Harris, he also worked on developing the Avionics for the Army’s next generation stealth attack helicopter, the AH-66 Comanche, and the Air Force’s Advanced ground Satellite Data Switch.
Mr. Jordan is the V. P. of Education for CSSG and J & W Government Contracting where he provides the company’s strategic direction and business development goals for the Tutors Right Now App. After receiving a B.S. degree in Mathematics from California State University, Long Beach, Joseph Jordan began a successful career as an eleven year secondary math teacher in low-income, inner-city school districts. Following such an impactful career as an educator, Joseph’s next venture was into the high-stakes world of digital technology. His strong technical skills-set afforded him lucrative opportunities in the tech sector, including positions scaling a top-tier web hosting company, and key concentrated support initiatives for Autotrader.com. For nearly a decade, Joseph also secured numerous, private telecommunications engineering contracts with multiple Fortune 100 companies including: T-Mobile and AT&T.
